Create a new user account

To create your account, fill in the fields below. The ones in bold are mandatory. You can change these settings later in the My Account page.

 
A username is made of 3 to 15 characters, starting with a letter or a symbols. The other characters can be letters, numbers and symbols. Spaces are not allowed.
The valid symbols are: _ - ^ ` [ ] { } |
The password can have from 5 to 30 characters.
Your e-mail is not visible to others; it is used exclusively by the website staff to contact you. Make sure you set a valid e-mail!
If you have an account on AWN forums, specify it here. Your account name will be visible to other users, and will also be used if it's needed to contact you.
If you don't have one, leave this field blank.
Check this box if your screen resolution is set to 1024x768 or over and you use your browser maximized; this will make some parts of the page take advantage of the wide display area you have.
It seems like leaving this box is the best choice for the system you're using.
 
These comments appear on your user information for other people. You can write here contact information, like your AIM screen name, ICQ UIN...


Remember that you are responsible for your account. This means that you should choose a hard-to-guess password, and protect it from other people.

Whenever you use the Design Maps in another computer, be sure to log out before you leave. Also, keep in mind that it is possible to detect which computer a comment was posted from. So, if your computer is shared with your family or friends, do not let them cause trouble (for example, spam), because you will be the main suspect, even if it's not your fault.

Each user should use only one account. Alternate accounts for giving your maps higher scores aren't allowed, and they can be detected.
