Author's comments:
Looks like Banker Hills has been invaded, and Hachi driven out. They've built mines everywhere, paved roads in all the tunnels, basically turned it into an industrial park. Hachi tries to take the land back, and does successfully. Only then does everbody realize that there is no gold here--that nugget fell out of Hachi's pocket while he was hiking.

Hello there! Oh hey! You were the dude who made that map about VD! Yeah... not too proud of that one are ya'?
Anyways. What are we going to do? Pimp slap Nintendo? I think not! Plus, this is donny's changed map... so... there... and such... I mean... I don't see much change from the original..

It is probably a dollar sign because Hachi is King of Cheap. Not at all Colin with his meaasly 20% off. Hachi can get prolly max 63% off prices.

And nobody complains of the terrain variety in Nintendo maps.

No one gives a damn about Nintendo maps anyway.

What is the point of forests in a non-FoW map? Defense? Banker Hills has enough properties to give you the defense you need.
donnyton   31 Dec 2005 16:21
Alright then, I'll update it. But you do realize that the original Banker Hills didn't have forests anyway? And nobody complains of the terrain variety in Nintendo maps.
laughing_corpse   31 Dec 2005 09:58
Yeah actually, the only non-property terrain here is mountains and roads...
TheRaginCajun   31 Dec 2005 08:48
Terrain variety still counts for something you know...

Some have noticed. Like I said, I replaced the plains tiles with roads, and found that the paths becomes a dollar sign. Not sure whether IS intended this as a subliminal message, or just to give us a laugh.
SonicLover   31 Dec 2005 03:48
I can't believe that nobody noticed yet that this version of Banker Hills has a dollar sign look to it if you step back a few feet.
donnyton   30 Dec 2005 13:24
And yet nobody is voting on this?
laughing_corpse   30 Dec 2005 13:22
Well, thank you Donnyton
donnyton   30 Dec 2005 12:55
And...it was supposedly going to be completed by you when?
CO_Shade   30 Dec 2005 12:16
I thought I said that I DIDN'T want you to continue the 4th Dimension map series for me? Some people just can't take a hint, it seems.
donnyton   30 Dec 2005 12:04
That's actually not a bad idea...
laughing_corpse   30 Dec 2005 11:21
Yeah, and also sorround it with pipes to make it look more futuristic, perhaps?
zeroigniz   30 Dec 2005 11:21
Well apparently the original Banker Hills was a giant chokepoint as well.
x0_000   30 Dec 2005 11:05
Ya, get rid of the chokes.
TheRaginCajun   30 Dec 2005 10:04
too many mountains... ugh... too many chokes
donnyton   30 Dec 2005 07:54
I happened to take the plains tiles from the original Banker Hills and connect them with roads, into a most interesting pattern...
